In collaboration with our partner firm SRG Société suisse d'audit SA, we provide audit services to the hospitality sector in the following areas:

• Audits of company formations, capital increases, capital reductions and revaluations, as well as audits in connection with liquidation;
• Special audits within the meaning of the Companies Act (extended right of shareholders to information);
• Audits within the meaning of the Mergers Act, in particular audits relating to mergers, demergers, conversions and transfers of assets;
