Other auditing servicesIn collaboration with our partner SRG Schweizerische Revisionsgesellschaft AG we provide auditing services for the hotel industry in the following areas:

• Foundation audits, capital increase, capital reduction and revaluation audits as well as audits in connection with liquidation;
• Special audits as defined by stock corporation law (shareholders’ extended right to information);
• Audits as defined by the Swiss Mergers Act, especially audits regarding mergers, splitting, reorganisation and asset transfers;
